Namman Muay Thai Boxing Liniment Oil - 120ml
Description
This is the one. Walk into any gym in Thailand and the smell that hits you — sharp, medicinal, unmistakeable — is Namman Muay. It is the original Thai boxing liniment, and after fifty years it is still what fighters actually use.
It is a warming oil, which means it goes on before you train, not after you have already pulled something. Massage it into the shins, calves, shoulders, forearms and lower back during the wrap-up, before you skip. It increases blood flow to the muscle before you load it.
It works after a session too, for aches and stiffness, and Thai fighters use it on the shins as part of conditioning. A small amount goes a long way — work it into the muscle properly rather than dabbing it on. The massage matters as much as the oil.
Features:
- 120ml bottle
- The original Thai boxing liniment, used in camps across Thailand
- Warms the muscles before training and eases aches after
- Traditional formulation — pungent, and it works
For external use only. Keep well away from the eyes and wash your hands thoroughly after use — a liniment-covered hand inside a glove, then rubbed across your face mid-round, is a mistake you only make once. Avoid broken skin and open cuts. Do not apply under a wrap or shin guard immediately before training.
