CLEARPAY PAYMENTS
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your order in 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. It is a form of borrowing. Please make sure you can afford the repayments before you choose it.
Clearpay credit subject to status. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of the Temporary Permission regime for Regulated Deferred Payment Credit. Details of the Temporary Permission regime, which allows firms to carry on deferred payment credit activities while seeking full authorisation, are available on the Financial Conduct Authority's website.

Clearpay will email you a confirmation and reminders when a payment is due. You can manage your orders and payments at clearpay.co.uk.
Clearpay does not approve every order. Clearpay carries out affordability and creditworthiness checks before lending, and sets your spend limit based on your individual circumstances.
Costs
Zero-interest when you pay on time. Late fees apply for missed payments.

Muay Thailand does not charge you anything extra for paying with Clearpay.

Your protections
Since 15 July 2026, Buy Now Pay Later agreements like Clearpay have been regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This means Clearpay must carry out affordability checks before lending, give you clear information about your agreement, and support you if you fall into financial difficulty.
If something goes wrong with your Clearpay agreement and Clearpay cannot resolve it, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.

Returns and refunds
Items bought with Clearpay follow our standard returns process.
Refunds are processed by Muay Thailand back to Clearpay. When a refund is processed, any remaining payments are cancelled and anything you have already paid is refunded to the card you used.
Until we have confirmed receipt of your returned goods, you remain liable to continue making your payments to Clearpay. You can check the status of your plan by logging into your Clearpay account.
