Thai Pads

Thai pads are the workhorse of a Muay Thai gym — held on the forearm to catch kicks, knees and punches through a full round. A curved striking face helps the holder catch the kick cleanly and keep a consistent angle, while dense padding and a well-built forearm strap are what separate a pad that lasts years from one that folds in months.
