Description
Thai liniment is used before training to warm the muscles, and after it to work through the aches. Every camp in Thailand uses it, and the smell of it is inseparable from the sport.
Massage it into the shins, calves, shoulders and forearms before you skip — not after you have already pulled something. The warming effect increases blood flow to the muscle before you load it, which is the entire point.
The orange formulation is the milder of the two Fairtex scents, and considerably less pungent than the traditional Thai oils.
