Returns & Refunds
Muay Thailand wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind when you receive your goods. Any returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days from the day you receive the goods.
Returns will only be accepted for unworn items in their original condition, with tags still attached. When returning a parcel for any reason, please include a note that clearly states your name, order number and reason for return. Failure to include this will result in delays and may even withhold the return from being processed. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Postage costs for returns will only be paid for faulty or incorrect items - in which case, you must inform us prior to returning the item and we will provide a pre-paid postage label to return the item.
We advise you to send your items back via recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. Customers will need to pay for this postage when exchanging items. No shipping costs will be refunded.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock a refund payment will be processed within 3-7 working days. The refund will be returned to the card or Paypal account on which the initial payment was made and, depending on the payment method used, can take up to 30 days to appear back in your bank. If an item has been purchased in a sale or promotion, you will only be refunded the price you have paid for the item.

All UK orders over £60 ship for FREE with a Tracked & Signed For service (2-3 working days Mon - Sat, excluding public holidays).
All international orders ship at a flat rate of £9.95 per order.
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, however, it can take up to 2 working days during busy periods.
A signature will be required for all deliveries. If nobody is present at the time of delivery then the courier should leave a calling card so the item can be re-delivered or collected at a nearby office.
UK (Mainland) Postage
All orders over £60 qualify for free delivery (Tracked & Signed For, 2-3 working days Mon - Sat, excluding public holidays) .
A flat rate of £4.95 applies to all orders £59.99 or less within the UK (same service as above) .
All international orders (outside UK Mainland) are shipped with a tracked service for a flat rate of £9.95.
Some items may be restricted by your local laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of such restrictions before ordering. If you order an item that is prohibited in your country and it is returned to us, any refund will exclude shipping and customs fees that we may incur.
We operate using a Deliverd Duty Unpaid programme, therefore, International orders may incur custom charges, duties or additional VAT which need to be paid before you can get your parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Upon successful dispatch for all orders, you will be sent an email detailing the courier and tracking information.
We send all goods via a tracked and signed for service. You can use the tracking number (which will be provided in an email upon successful dispatch or via the courier) to see where your parcel is.
If you're not in and the courier was unable to deliver the parcel, you'll receive a card providing details on how to collect or re-arrange delivery.
